L' Attico del Duomo is located on the 4th floor without a lift, so it is not recommended for children under 3 years.
Children over the age of three are equivalent to adults.
Costs for electricity, gas, water, heating and air conditioning are included.
The supply of bed linen, kitchen linen and towels is included

Cleaning fees of € 70.00 per stay (mandatory) are excluded.

PAYMENTS

All bookings are accepted upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount due.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer: the data will be sent to the booking request.
The balance must be paid upon arrival: we accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD) and debit cards.

HOUSE RULES

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, it is possible on the terrace.

Parties and events are prohibited.

It is not permitted to receive, enter or host other people. The only authorized persons are those present in the booking and present at check-in.
It is a condominium, so you have to respect the hours of silence from 11 pm to 8 am
